一、用途:USES:
在設備內部容易使火焰蔓延的緣材料或其他固體可燃材料的零件可能會由于灼熱絲或灼熱元件而引燃。在一定條件下,例如流過導線的故障電流、元件過載以及不良接觸的情況下,某些元件會達到某一溫度而使其附近的零件起燃。
本試驗機是利用模擬技術評定由于灼熱元件或過載電阻之類的熱源,在短時間內所造成熱應力的著火危險性。適用于電工電子設備及其元件、部件,也適用于固體電氣緣物料或其他固體可燃材料。

三、試驗原理:Test principle:
使用無火焰起燃源的灼熱絲試驗(灼熱絲是一個規范的電阻絲環)它使用電加熱到規定溫度,然后在試驗條件下,使灼熱絲和
試驗樣品接觸。

4、灼熱絲:用鎳/鉻絲制成直徑4.0mm的環(詳見圖1)
5.加熱電流:溫度為960℃時電流在120A~150A之間
6.對試驗施加的力:0.8 N ~1.2N,并限制壓入深度至少為7mm
7.起燃時間(T1)和停燃時間(T2)的計時器: 0~99.99s范圍內可調
8.外形尺寸:L1130 mm×W630 mm×H1305mm

伍、使用方法Method of use
1.根據相關試驗標準及試驗要求,準備好試樣,并將試樣固定于試驗架上,調整試樣插入尺寸,以達到試驗要求。(注:在試樣安裝好后,一定要關好觀察窗門,以免溫度不能達到試驗要求。)
2.正確地接好試驗機箱后的電源線,然后確認進線電源是否有良好接地,電源電壓為AC 220V。
3、打開操作面板上的電源開關,并檢查儀表是否正常。
4、根據相關試驗標準及試驗要求,設置面板上的“試驗溫度”、“灼熱時間Ta”、“起燃時間Ti”及“停燃時間Te”。
5、上述操作到位后,便可打開操作面板上的“加熱”開關,轉動“電流調節”旋鈕直至電流表顯示出試驗電流所需值(注:在調節電流的同時,灼熱絲頭的溫度也在發生變化)。并觀察“試驗電流”和“試驗溫度”的數據顯示情況。
6、待“試驗溫度”(即灼熱絲頭的溫度值)達到試驗所需溫度值時,按下面板上的“試驗啟動”,載樣小車便會自動向右移動,靠近試樣,當試樣與灼熱絲頭接觸時,“灼熱時間Ta”與“起燃時間Ti”同步計時,即試驗開始。(注:調節試樣與灼熱絲頭之間的位置時,若有偏差,可按“左行”或“右行”來進行微調。)
7、當試樣被引燃時,立即按下“Ti停止”,使“起燃時間Ti”停止計時,“停燃時間Te”開始自動計時。
8、當“灼熱時間Ta”計時停止時,載樣小車將自動脫離(即返回原位),同時加熱也會停止。
9、觀察試樣在燃燒過程中所掉下的殘渣,當試樣燃燒到快熄滅時,則需立即按下“Te停止”鈕,使“停燃時間Te”停止計時。(注:在此試驗中,停燃時間就是試樣燃燒所用時間。)
10、試驗結束后,打開操作面板上的“風扇”及“照明”開關,以便觀察試樣,并排除廢煙氣。
11、然后打開觀察窗門,取下試樣,記錄試驗結果,清潔箱內污垢,并關閉電源。

are changes in the temperature of the hot wire head also). And watch the "test current" and "test temperature
according to the situation.
6, to test temperature (the temperature of hot wire head) to test the required temperature, press the "test
launch," on the front panel sample car will automatically move to the right, close to the sample, when sample
contact with hot wire head, "Ta" burning time and timing "light-off time Ti", namely the trial begins. (note:
the adjustment between the sample and glow wire head position, if there is deviation, can press "left" or
"right" to fine-tune.)
7, when the sample is ignited, immediately press the "stop Ti", make "the light-off time Ti" stop timing,
"stop burning time Te" began to automatic timing.
8, when "Ta" hot time timer stop, the car will automatically load sample from (i.e., return to the in situ),
also will stop heating.
9, observe the specimen in the process of burning off the residue, when sample burns out to fast, need to
press "Te stop" button immediately, make "stop burning time Te" stop timing. (note: in this experiment, stop
burning time is used sample combustion time.)
10, after the test, open the operation panel "fan" and "light" on the switch, in order to observe the sample,
and eliminate waste gas.
11, and then open the observation Windows, remove the sample, record test results, clean the dirt in the
cabinet, and shut off the power.
陸、注意事項Matters needing attention
1、在試驗期間,此設備必須接地,以免產生靜電反應。
2、試驗時,必須關閉試驗箱門,以免灼熱絲頭的溫度不能達到試驗要求。
3、試驗結束后,請勿用手去接觸灼熱絲,以免高溫燙傷。
4、定期給設備傳動部件注入潤滑油,以免影響試驗的順利進行。
5、做好設備的維護與保養工作。
