該潛水排污泵是在引進國外技術的基礎上，結合水泵的使用特點而研究成功的新一代泵類產品，具有節能效果顯著、防纏繞、無堵塞、自動控制等特點。在排送固體顆粒和長纖維垃圾方面，具有獨果。

 

技術參數：

1、    電泵可抽送介質溫度在0~40℃范圍內，介質密度大為1200kg/m3，介質中固體顆粒含量體積

不超過2%。

2、    介質中固體顆粒大粒徑符合產品標準中的規定；

3、    材質為鑄鐵的電泵使用范圍PH值為PH=4~9；

4、    電泵輸送的介質運動粘度為7×10-7m2/s~23×10-6 m2/s;

5、    抽送特殊的溫度、液體等要求時可在訂貨合同中附加詳細說明。

6、 電泵運轉時，電機露出液面不超過電泵的1/4；

7、 潛入水下深度不超過5米（以葉輪中心為基準）

 

設計特點：
1、    采用單流道、雙流道葉輪結構，節能、通過能力強，無堵塞、不纏繞，結構緊湊，使用方便。

2、    機械密封采用硬質合金耐腐蝕的炭化鎢材料，同時將密封處于油室中運行，可使泵安全連續

運行2000小時以上。

3、    整體結構緊湊、體積小、噪聲小、節能效果顯著，檢修方便，無需建泵房，潛入水中即可工作，

大大減少工程造價；

4、    安裝方式有兩種：1）、直接安裝；2）、可根據用戶需要配備自動耦合安裝系統，它給安裝、維

修帶來大方便，人可不必為此而進入污水坑。
