六通閥是氣相色譜儀的一種氣路附件,通常和定量管配合,作氣體進(jìn)樣閥使用。在氣體樣品進(jìn)樣量較大時(shí),它可使樣品定量準(zhǔn)確,數(shù)據(jù)重復(fù)性好。

在實(shí)際分析中由于樣品的氣、液、固、狀態(tài)不同,分析目的不同,要求不同,相應(yīng)的用于氣相色譜分析的進(jìn)樣方式也有所不同,而且進(jìn)樣系統(tǒng)種類繁多。應(yīng)用六通閥定體積進(jìn)樣就是其中的一種,其特點(diǎn)為操作簡(jiǎn)便、快速,測(cè)定結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確、,重現(xiàn)性小于0.5%,符合技術(shù)要求。


應(yīng)用實(shí)例：非甲烷總烴應(yīng)用

采用單一進(jìn)樣口六通閥進(jìn)樣， Porapak Q柱和空柱兩根填充柱及一個(gè)FID檢測(cè)器的氣相色譜法測(cè)定無(wú)組織大氣中甲醇、甲烷、總烴和非甲烷總烴，測(cè)定結(jié)果均符合大氣污染物綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中無(wú)組織排放監(jiān)控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。方法低檢出濃度分別為甲烷0.04 mg/m3，總烴0.04 mg/m3，非甲烷總烴0.06 mg/m3，甲醇2 mg/m3，且能保持良好的重復(fù)性，相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差均小于2%，滿足檢測(cè)的要求。該方法操作簡(jiǎn)單、靈敏且分離度好，具有較好的重現(xiàn)性和的準(zhǔn)確度。
