浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立頂空-氣相色譜法測定醫(yī)用口罩和醫(yī)用防護(hù)服中環(huán)氧乙烷殘留量的分析方法。通過實驗優(yōu)化了測定方法和條件,確定了色譜柱類型、頂空平衡時間和平衡溫度,并進(jìn)行了加標(biāo)回收實驗。在相應(yīng)的濃度范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,r=0.9996,環(huán)氧乙烷低檢出限為0.02μg/mL,當(dāng)稱樣量為1.0g,定容體積為5mL時,檢出限為0.1μg/g。方法可以滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,對口罩和防護(hù)服中環(huán)氧乙烷殘留量檢測具有重要意義。
