浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發有限公司采用吹掃捕集-氣相色譜-串聯質譜GC-MS/MS)技術了測定兒童防護口罩中環氧乙烷、環氧丙烷的方法.樣品采用4％乙酸水溶液作為模擬液浸泡處理,浸泡液中目標物通過吹掃富集于捕集管中,熱脫附后進入氣相色譜,采用Chromosorb 101  HP 60～80目；玻璃柱長2m*3 mm分離,氣相色譜串聯質譜多反應監控模式進行分析檢測,內標法定量.環氧乙烷、環氧丙烷在質量濃度為0.2～15 ng/mL范圍內與色譜峰面積線性關系良好,環氧乙烷、環氧丙烷的相關系數分別為0.9998、0.9975,方法定量限均為0.01μg/g,滿足GB/T 38880—2020及國外相關標準的限值要求.樣品加標回收率為91.5％～115.7％,測定結果的相對標準偏差不大于4.9％(n=6).該方法適用于兒童防護口罩中環氧乙烷、環氧丙烷消毒有效成分的批量測定.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. used purge and trap-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) technology to determine the method of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide in children's protective masks. The sample was 4% acetic acid The aqueous solution was soaked as a simulated solution. The target substances in the soaking solution were enriched in the trapping tube by purging, and then entered into the gas chromatography after thermal desorption. Chromosorb 101 HP 60-80 mesh was used; Chromatography tandem mass spectrometry multi-reaction monitoring mode was used for analysis and detection, and internal standard method was used for quantification. In the mass concentration range of 0.2-15 ng/mL, ethylene oxide and propylene oxide had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area. The correlation coefficients of oxypropane were 0.9998 and 0.9975, respectively, and the limit of quantification of the method was 0.01 μg/g, which met the limit requirements of GB/T 38880-2020 and related foreign standards. The relative standard deviation of the results is not more than 4.9% (n=6). This method is suitable for the batch determination of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide disinfection active ingredients in children's protective masks.
